Client Instructions - Long Distance
1. Order Serum Kit
Go to Paypal where you will be charged $30, payable with your credit card or paypal. This charge includes the serum test kit, instructions on how to use and report back to us, the analysis of your skin, an on-line consultation, sales tax and shipping. You will then be sent to a page where you can fill out the Long Distance Client Questionnaire. (NOTE: We only ship in the United States)
2. Long Distance Client Questionnaire
Fill out the long distance client questionnaire. Be as complete as possible, especially about the products that you’re using. Whether you have youth or adult acne, we need to know if there is anything that you’re using to cure acne that’s clogging your pores and exacerbating your acne) and any products that have caused a bad reaction. You will then be sent to a page where you can upload photos of your skin.
Take Photos of Your Skin
Take five digital photos of your skin and you must upload them while filling out the questionnaire.
NOTE: Before uploading, please rename photos with last name, first name, and side.

- - One from each side
- - One straight on
- - One from a 45 degree angle from each side
- - Do not use a flash
- - If available, use a macro setting
Once you have completed the steps above, we will ship your serum test kit within 2 business days.
3. Assessment & Recommendations
We will assess your condition and skin type based on the information on your questionnaire, your photos and the results from the serum test. We will email you a recommended list of products and their cost (usually, about $145 for a 3-month supply.).
You will receive detailed instructions on how to use the products and you must contact us every two weeks until you’re clear using the Long Distance Check-in Form (See Step 4 below).
4. Regular Check-in Every Two Weeks
Once you receive and start using products, we must hear from you every 2 weeks. Your responsibilities are:
- a. Submit the Long Distance Check-in Form on our website every two weeks.
- b. We will respond to you with your new skin care routine for the next two weeks.
- c. If you have any questions or concerns about your products, routine or skin condition, email us at facerealityacneclinic-deleteme[at]-deleteme-yahoo [dot] com
- d. Use the check-in form to submit photos of your skin once a month.

In most cases, it will take at least four months of using our products consistently with our coaching to get your acne under control.
We do the coaching, you do the work and your skin wins.
